Piano Lessons Designed Around You

With over 35 years of experience as a pianist, organist, and educator, John Cavicchio offers personalized piano lessons designed around your goals, interests, and learning style. Whether you're just beginning, returning to the piano after years away, or seeking to take your playing to the next level, you'll build confidence, skill, and a lasting connection to music.

Your Goals Come First

Every student is different, and your lessons are built around you. Whether you're starting fresh, returning to the piano, or working toward specific goals, we'll create a clear, personalized path forward.

Together, you'll build the skills, confidence, and enjoyment that make music a lasting part of your life.

Lessons For Students of All Ages

Every student learns differently. Lessons are tailored to each individual's age, goals, interests, and experience level.

Adult Piano Lessons

Adults often bring a more cerebral approach to the piano, and John loves answering questions, discussing concepts, and more. It is not uncommon for adult students to identify an area they'd like to improve, whether it's reading notes fluently, playing by ear, or playing the piano without pain or tension. Together, we'll work to make you a confident, independent pianist.

Piano Lessons For Children &Teens

The early years of piano study lay the foundation for a lifetime of musical enjoyment and success. During this time, students develop strong musical foundations, healthy practice habits, and the skills needed to learn effectively and confidently. Lessons are designed to be both enjoyable and productive, helping students stay motivated while making steady progress. We will cover steps and skips, the musical alphabet, scales and other technical exercises, and we’ll start playing “real music” early in our time together.
